Partnering with a consulate to seek a junior Executive Assistant with 2 years experience in executive support.
Your new role
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and complex travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
Draft briefings, agendas, and reports; provide translation/interpretation (Cantonese/English) during meetings.
Organize Consulate events and ministerial visits, including logistics, stakeholder liaison, and protocol adherence.
Manage official communications, ensuring accuracy and diplomatic tone.
Flexibility to handle emergent priorities (e.g., crisis support, research).
Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram) with visually engaging content (graphics, videos) tailored to Cantonese-speaking audiences.
Organize events showcasing local culture; collaborate with EU offices on joint initiatives.
Build relationships with media, cultural bodies, and youth organizations.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder in public policy or related field.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Understanding of international relations etiquette.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and analytics.
