Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Compliance Director to lead global compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Ideal candidates have strong regulatory knowledge, certification experience, and expertise in compliance audits within the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with gaming laws (UKGC, MGA, Curacao, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators and certification bodies.
• Oversee product certification, risk assessment, and internal audits.
• Develop KYC, AML, data protection, and fraud prevention policies.
• Train teams on compliance and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10-15 years in gaming compliance, 5+ years in leadership .
• Expertise in global gaming regulations and audits .
• Strong relationship management with regulators .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional projects .
