What We Need
Based in Hong Kong, we are seeking a dynamic, commercially-driven leader to spearhead our Sales & Education function across the region. This role demands a bold visionary who can drive significant business impact through innovative retail strategies and education excellence. You'll be instrumental in managing key retail partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Retail Strategy & Execution
● Design and implement breakthrough sales strategies aligned with brand vision
● Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across key business channels
● Maintain sales forecasts and retail plans, adjusting strategies based on market conditions, retailer performance, and brand initiatives
● Partner with Finance and Planning on sales forecasting and inventory optimization
● Transform market data into actionable insights for sales performance enhancement
● Lead competitive analysis to maintain brand market leadership
Education & Coaching
● Collaborate with Global Education team to elevate retail excellence standards
● Adapt global training strategies to meet market needs and co-create market-relevant training content
● Execute comprehensive training initiatives including classroom sessions, in-store coaching, e-learning and train-the-trainer programs
● Lead beauty advisor development, establishing performance metrics and growth paths
● Manage training budgets and reporting systems
Who you are:
● 6+ years of experience in education, retail operations, sales or surprise us with an out-of-the-box enthusiasm. The Beauty or Retail industry would be ideal.
● Proven track record in achieving sell-in & sell-out targets while P&L management is a plus
● Expert understanding of retail dynamics and field team leadership
● Change catalyst with an innovative mindset
● Continuous learner who thrives on identifying and acting on opportunities
● Exceptional ability to excel in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
