Responsibilities:

• Help define KPIs and goals to track the Company’s sustainability performance.
• Responsible for data collection, analysis and reporting to help internal and external stakeholders understand the Company’s progress in the sustainability space, including monthly factory status report; monthly internal sustainability update, quarterly executive sustainability update, ad hoc updates on website, annual sustainability report, etc.
• Liaise with sales and planning to ensure all facilities are prepared and ready for customers’ sustainability requirements
• Keep track of new customer requirements and updates. Work with internal stakeholders to address and adjust practices accordingly
• Interact with customers on issues related to sustainability as required
• Coordinate HIGG reporting, gaps analysis and recommendations for improvement
• Develop and lead a chemical management strategy for Hop Lun to minimize environmental footprint in own facilities and on supplier level
• Support the Company’s responsible sourcing efforts to help suppliers reach higher levels of sustainability
• Support facilities with audit fees and other logistics where Headquarter is involved
• Support the Company’s sustainability efforts as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in CSR, Social or Environmental Sustainability or similar disciplines
• Strong knowledge of international standards, frameworks and regulations related to human rights, labour rights and industrial relations, environmental impact and health & safety in Asia
• Skilled in collecting and analyzing data and prepare reports on social and environmental sustainability
• Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
•  5 years + experience from managing sustainability and compliance of supply chains, preferably in the apparel industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Good at manage conflict and change management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
