Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data migration project from SAP to Oracle, ensuring all phases of the migration are executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
• Develop and implement data mapping strategies to ensure accurate data transfer between systems.
• Conduct data quality assessments and validations to ensure data integrity post-migration.
• Create detailed documentation of migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and testing procedures.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the migration process.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status and milestones.
• Train end-users on new systems and processes as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically from SAP to Oracle.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with both SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
