Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, shape the brand positioning, and scale the go-to-market strategy across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on growth, brand recognition, and customer retention.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and social media.
  • Oversee brand storytelling, public relations, and strategic partnerships to position the brand as a market leader.
  • Utilize data-driven insights, customer behavior analytics, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Drive customer acquisition through direct-to-consumer marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance user engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track key performance metrics, and optimize ROI.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and execution excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses, fintech, or digital-first brands.
  • Proven track record in growth marketing, customer acquisition, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, analytics platforms).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
