We provide a comprehensive learning ecosystem for students from kindergarten through university, focusing on essential topics such as Financial Literacy, Design Thinking, and AI Applications. Partnering with  over 400 schools  in Hong Kong, we aim to transform education. We work on projects with  JP Morgan, MTR and Hong Kong Jockey Club .


Founded by seasoned business executives, including  Mr. Antony Leung, former Financial Secretary of Hong Kong , and  Ms. Alison Chan, former President of the Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong , we are dedicated to enhancing how the next generation learns and teaches. Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP or ED to lead and elevate our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in one or more of the following areas (operations, marketing & sales), coupled with an open and strategic mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. As our organization evolves, we value leaders who can adapt swiftly to new concepts and drive our mission forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives across operations, marketing, or sales to drive organizational growth and impact.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your division.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within operations, marketing, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
  • Exceptional adaptability and eagerness to learn and implement new concepts.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.

 

Compensation:

  • Annual Package: HK$450,000 to HK$700,000
  • Generous equity plan offering a stake in the company's success.
