Role is based in Hong Kong.

Job Requirements:

• Lead and optimize container management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective availability across the network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast needs, source containers, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Oversee maintenance and repair operations, ensuring quality standards and managing vendor relationships.
• Continuously improve container tracking systems and processes for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in logistics, shipping, or operations management with leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of container management, logistics, and industry practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and a focus on operational optimization and customer satisfaction.
