At KKBOX, Marketing Team is a creative team that builds music partnerships and develops growth marketing for artists to connect with audiences.
KKBOX is looking for a self-motivated teammate with a proven record of music partnerships and marketing campaigns who is passionate for music and local entertainment industries.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns (including live concerts and events) to connect artists with audiences
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners (labels, artists, and music distributors, etc.) in the music industry
- Provide insights to develop and to implement creative and advertising strategies to grow site traffic/ sales leads, engagement, and conversions for KKBOX products and services
- Support and guide teammates to deliver marketing initiatives and student events
- Synergize and coordinate the Group’s resources across Taiwan and Hong Kong business units (e.g., work with product teams to improve user experience; work with business develop teams to deliver partners’ campaigns)
- Support internal and external stakeholders and provide superior partner management (e.g., marketing campaign and publicity supports, technical integration, operations, and reports)
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Communications / Marketing or related discipline
- At least 5 years solid experience in marketing fields, ideally with prior experience in marketing in the media & entertainment industries
- A music lover is a must. Passionate in music and local entertainment industries. Well known on the trend of local music, other genres will be a plus.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent in communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, familiar with Ad Words, Google Analytics, and Photoshop is an advantage
- Knowledge on music distribution and network with music labels are a plus
