Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our AI work models that power our AI teammate solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge AI algorithms and systems that drive efficiency, innovation, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and refine AI algorithms and work models (such as our Hermes, Olympus, and Orion models) to support automated investment and hybrid work solutions.
• Integration & Deployment: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and performance at scale.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze large datasets to enhance model performance, conduct quantitative modeling, and implement improvements based on rigorous testing.
• Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced frameworks and tools (e.g., LangGraph, Langchain, AutoGen, Flowise) to streamline AI workflows and facilitate efficient model development.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Engage in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to explore new AI-driven strategies, contribute to technical discussions, and continuously innovate in a fast-paced environment.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of methodologies, processes, and code to ensure reproducibility and adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI model development and algorithm design using programming languages such as Python (experience with C# or similar is a plus).
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and hands-on experience with quantitative modeling and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with or willingness to learn emerging AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Langchain, AutoGen, Flowise) is highly desirable.
