Associate Director (Information Technology) - Network Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of network specialists, overseeing daily operations to ensure high availability and performance while addressing issues promptly
Develop and implement IT network infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure network architecture solutions in line with industry best practices
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance network performance and efficiency
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and security policies, proactively addressing any gaps
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other IT systems and business applications
Requirements
University degree in information technology, computer science or related fields
At least 3 years of solid experience in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure
Advanced understanding of networking protocols, architecture and technologies including LAN/WAN protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, VLAN, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, IPsec VPN, MACsec, QoS, etc), software-defined networking, and Wi-Fi
Hands-on experience in maintaining high availability IT network infrastructure with proactive monitoring and automated remediation processes
In-depth knowledge of network security best practices and principles, including firewalls, remote access, IPS, NDR and anti-DDoS
Strong knowledge of IP telephony system and cloud networking an advantage
Certifications in Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher, and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
Well-developed interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Conditions of service
Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms

Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Prepare incident management reports and presentations
Provide support in data quality monitoring, control and reporting
Develop and maintain data operations processes and tools
Provide day-to-day support (BAU) to business users, data stewards and owners for their operations on the data platform
Analyse data incidents and provide proactive data incidents follow-up, communication and resolution to business users, data stewards and owners
Liaise with external/internal data source providers, consultants and developers for root cause analysis and bug fixing
Update and manage incident, change, and service request records on the issue tracking platform to ensure accurate and timely issue resolution and reporting
Requirements
University degreeAt least 2 years of working experience in data operations, analysis, or a related field; data engineering or system development experience a plus
Familiarity with financial and investment dataExperience in the banking, finance or fund management industry; experience related to investment funds an advantage
Knowledge of investment management systems, data management platforms, data operations processes and tools, data governance tools, issue tracking tools a plus
Logical, detail-minded, and well-organised
Good communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese
