Coordinate and oversee project task to ensure adherence to schedule and requirements
Support field operations during system migration, securing a smooth and compliant transition
Serve as the primary contact for Finance and Accounting Department, facilitating effective communication and quick resolution of issues
Manage the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the master table
Develop and oversee training programs and material
Handle ad hoc project when required
Requirements
University graduate in IT or related disciplines, with minimum 5 years of project management experience, particularly in IT or Finance
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
Proven experience in system migration, training development, and data management
Familiarity with financial standard is essential
Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skill, with the ability to guide the team through complex projects
Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technology
Solid troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve system related issue
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
