Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project task to ensure adherence to schedule and requirements
• Support field operations during system migration, securing a smooth and compliant transition
• Serve as the primary contact for Finance and Accounting Department, facilitating effective communication and quick resolution of issues
• Manage the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the master table
• Develop and oversee training programs and material
• Handle ad hoc project when required
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate in IT or related disciplines, with minimum 5 years of project management experience, particularly in IT or Finance
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
• Proven experience in system migration, training development, and data management
• Familiarity with financial standard is essential
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skill, with the ability to guide the team through complex projects
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technology
• Solid troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve system related issue
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
