Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Platform and Market Structure Development and play a key role in leading the Integrated Fund Platform. This position will act as the lead to design the business strategy, shape the commercial value proposition and develop the infrastructure of the new Integrated Fund Platform.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategy and shape the commercial value
• Drive infrastructure and business requirement of products and services of the fund distribution platform
• Engage key stakeholders in the market to understand industrial landscape and build strategic partnership
• Achieve business goals by ongoing inclusion of new funds onto the platform and engagement of distribution
• Actively enhance overall effectiveness and commercial viability of the platform
• Identify industry best practices and react appropriately to the competitive environment
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent; preferably in Finance/Economics or a related subject
• At least 15 years' relevant experience in fund industry such as fund house, distributor or similar financial organizations is preferred, of which at least 5 years at a management level
• Solid understanding of fund ecosystem in Hong Kong. Knowledge of Mainland China fund industry related regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Excellent managerial, analytical, strategic thinking, networking, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
