Manager / Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance and Branch Inspection
Perform regular quality assurance and assist in monitoring field work in relation to regulated activities, mainly in investment business, and involve in insurance business and stock trading business performed by branches as well as branch on-site
Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication, follow-up actions and coaching to frontline staff
Consolidate and prepare internal investigation reports with related MIS information and analysis for management review
Support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control and monitoring functions
Provide recommendation to improve and streamline the process or branch operation flow
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Banking and Finance
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in banking industry
Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards on regulated activities
Team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Potential candidate with less relevant experience may be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Officer
