We are looking for an Accounting Officer (1-year Contract) in Hong Kong who will participate in maintaining accounting procedures and in preparing financial information that contributes to the accounting and reporting and control functions to ensure integrity of information and protection of assets and capital.

What You'll Do

• Work with India Team to handle vendor payment, inter-company invoices and staff reimbursement 
• Handle full set of month end closing, e.g. expense accrual preparation, bank reconciliation, financial statement update, tax calculation, other closing entries, etc. 
• Handle fee settlement, including cheque deposit and accounting entry
• Assist in annual audit
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested 

Who You Are

• Higher diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of financial accounting or audit experience 
• Independent, outgoing, self-motivated and able to meet tight schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication 
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
• Hand-on experience in accounting system, NetSuite preferred
• Successful candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
