REWARDS & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS MANAGER – HOTEL LOYALTY PROGRAM
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ experience in loyalty program management, customer engagement or partnership development, preferably in hospitality, travel, or retail industry
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a track record of building successful partnerships
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and driving ROI
Responsibilities
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with our own hotels, renowned brands and local businesses to create exclusive offers and experiences that drive member engagement and increase active participation in the loyalty program
Leverage data-driven insights to identify member behavior trends and preferences, ensuring the program remains relevant and appealing to target audiences
Work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver member communications that effectively promote offers and benefits in a compelling and visually appealing manner
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management, highlighting program performance and recommending optimization strategies
Use data analytics and market research to continuously refine and enhance the loyalty program, ensuring it delivers maximum value to members and drives business growth
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor programs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
