I am partnering with a law firm to seek a Human Resources Advisor with experience in the legal field.
Your new role
Provide daily, transactional HR operations support, including but is not limited to on and off-boarding management, benefits administration, leave & attendance management, and other compensation & benefits (C&B) related matters.
Coordinate with China, Japan, and Singapore teams for regional HR activities.
Assist in the administration of recruitment activities including but not limited to sourcing, screening, letters of appointment, managing and filing confidential information, and new joiner pre-onboarding formalities etc.
Proactively follow-up assignments to effectively meet deadlines and commitments of HR projects.
Assist the team to perform regular payroll check and salary review exercises, and bonus payment, etc.
Take charge of campus recruitment programs to engage with potential candidates early in their careers.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
3 years or above relevant HR experience, prioir experience in campus recruitment is a plus.
Experience of using HR systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Prior experience in the law firms/ legal sector is a bonus.
Immediate availability is preferred.
