As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible to the Project Director/Project Manager but will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and your duties will include:

Experience in Façade industry will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of cost control, budgeting, planning and handling of contractual terms and conditions.
• Pre Contract Documentation including Cost Estimates, Cost Plans, Tender Documents, Tender Analysis and Negotiations.
• Post Contract Services including evaluation of interim payments, presentation of tender packages for provisional sums, evaluation of subcontractors' variations, and other commercial issues.
• Compute final pay quantities.
• Monthly financial reporting to Board and Senior Management Level.
• Assist in evaluating claims.
• Raise subcontract enquires, review quotations and prepare the recommendation for award.
• Administer all subcontractors' accounts.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in quantity surveying in construction industry
• Experience in Façade industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS computer applications
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Six-day working week, alternate Saturday-off
• Immediate availability is preferable
