Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Fortune Xin located in Hong Kong.
Responsible for :

• All financial issues for the Hong Kong companies, including annual audit and tax issues.
• Coordinating with oversea companies for their financial activities.
• Oversea payment. Keep well relationship with Bank.
• Communication with the sub-companies
• Daily record
• Daily cash payment
• Set up the financial structure in the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• HKICPA, ACCA holder will be more competitive
• over 5 years relevant working experience
• Know IFRS and relevant Hong Kong laws
• Fluence Mandarin. Cantonese and English is optional but preferred.

工作職責：

1. 負責客戶香港公司的全盤帳務處理，並跟進香港公司年度審計及報稅工作。配合進行海內外公司的年度審計、報告清繳等事宜。
2. 負責涉外收入、境外支付等申報工作，維持與銀行的良好溝通
3. 協助推動子公司間業務切換協調等工作。
4. 負責日常經濟業務的製單、審核、記賬，包括收入、支出、成本費用等核算，並提供財務分析報告。
5. 負責日常資金付款、調撥等資金收支業務，確保資金管理的準確性及及時性
6. 建立內部控制體系，定期檢查財務流程漏洞。

職位要求：

1. 本科或以上學歷（財務類專業）。持有HKICPA（香港會計師公會認證）或ACCA等國際資格更具競爭力。有5年以上工作經驗
2. 熟練操作財務軟體（如SAP、Oracle、用友ERP）及辦公室工具（Excel、Word），提升資料處理效率。
3. 需熟悉國際財務報告準則（IFRS），能夠隨時更新學習香港以及海外香港法律知識。
4. 能夠用普通話進行溝通。能夠用廣東話，英文溝通的面試者會有加分
