Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and capturing detailed business and functional requirements / user stories, process maps, system goals, test plans, user manuals, and training materials
• Prepare project plans and progress updates to keep track on project status
• Arrange user acceptance test (UAT), and ensure solutions are appropriately quality checked and fit for purpose
• Hold user workshops and prepare training materials and / or user guide to help users in familiarizing newly launched systems
• Collect user feedback for system enhancements and internal process review from time to time
• Be in charge of vendor management, risk management and resource management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in project management, vendor management, system implementation, integration and launch
• Possess in-depth experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proficiency in conceptualizing and developing respective methodologies for process review
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile app development, cloud computing, workflow system, property management system, database management, report development and system integrations
• Strong collaborative, interpersonal and consultancy skills
• Flexibility in approach, and the ability to show initiative and respond quickly to changing situations
• Positive "can do" attitude and thrives working in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated
• Commitment to excellence and a good team player
• Possess project Management Certification (PMP / Prince 2) is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
