A well-established financial services firm is now looking for a team lead to supervise a team of receptionists and tea ladies and handle office administration work - to ensure smooth daily operation of the office.

Our client is a well-known and reputable financial services firm of over 200 staff in Hong Kong, they also have strong presence across the globe providing customised finance and advisory solutions.
Description
Lead the general administration team (receptionists, tea ladies) to provide full support to the office
Monitor workplace cleanliness including meeting rooms, office and common areas
Be key contact to building management, external suppliers and vendors
Manage office maintenance/ check up schedule for the premises
Work on office relocation and renovation projects when required
Other ad hoc assignments
Profile
4-5 years of relevant office administrative experience, preferably in a supervisory role in large-scale financial services/ professional services firms
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Proactive, diligent, flexible and strong team spirit
Knowledge in using basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
