• We are looking for SHIPPING SPECIALIST – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Shipping Manager
• Work in Shipping team of 7 members
• Perform daily shipping document control and handling full set of I/E, L/C and banking document
• Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, customers and internal departments on shipments to ensure on time delivery
• Arrange Domestic, Import and Export shipment and prepare related documentations.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure on time delivery.
• Trace lost shipments and/or customers claims for lost shipments
• HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• 8+ years I/E shipping experience preferably in trading/buying offices
• Experience in toys or hardgoods industry is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with the factory and forwarding agent.
• Familiar with L/C stipulations, Tradelink I/E declaration
• Supervisory experience is a big plus
• Good communications in English & Mandarin
• MS Excel, preferably experience in SAP.
• 5 days work
