Responsibilities:  

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment and employee engagement
• Conduct annual headcount budgets, support the work of budget forecast for the business units
• Assist in revamping HR structure and developing company policies 

Requirements:  

• Degree holder
• Professional accounting or auditing designation, is preferred.
• 6 years or above relevant experience
• Ability to work independently with a strong analytical mindset
• Literate with excellent command of written English/ Chinese
