Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning materials.
• Conduct training sessions to develop staff skills in areas such as soft skills, technical skills, coaching and mindset.
• Responsible for Beautician and Therapist interview conducting.
• Responsible for new staffs’ orientation and training. 
• Provide product training and support to existing staffs.
• Demonstrate and teach the operation of various beauty treatments and products.
• Plan, organize and implement product training programs.

Requirements:

• 2 years and above of Beauty training experience.
• Self-motivated, kind and polite, and have a sense of responsibility, good communication and good presentation skills.
• Must hold relevant international professional beauty training certificate, such like ITEC 2, ITEC4.
• Good command in written spoken Cantonese, familiar in English and Mandarin.
