Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
  • Manage work schedules, daily appointment, itinerary planning & meeting arrangement
  • Co-ordinate with both internal & external parties on daily business operations

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • 3-5 years secretary/PA working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proactive attitude, well-organized and detail-minded
