Key Responsibilities:

1/ To interface between Sales, factories, and QA team on all product technical requirements.

2/ To ensure all customer requirements are met throughout the development and manufacturing process

3/ To ensure all customer testing protocols be implemented in all production stages.

4/ To solve any technical issues by negotiation and best practice with customers

Requirements:

1/ Minimum 3 years in toys QA (Senior position will be considered if more relevant experience).

2/ Knowledge on Toy testing standards. Familiar with the requirement of various toy items e.g. B/O toys, chemical toys and hard & soft toys. 

3/ Experience in toys development process is an advantage.

4/ Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

5/ Strong in communication and negotiation.

6/ Initiative-taking, independent, target oriented and good analytical skills.
