Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactive management for factory audits, corrective action and verification.
2. Regular communication with customer’s compliance team for audit aspects.
3. Regular update of factories to match with Customers and Licensors requirement. 
4. Regular update the HTI internal order checker systems.
5. Manage factories year audit planning. 
6. Assist VCM to build up and manager HTI factory summary list. 
7. Assist VCM to design and mange HTI audit matrix.
8. Assist VCM to build up and manage customer and Licensor audit matrix. 
9. Escalate problem to VCM for any shipment delay issue and change of customer policy. 

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years in audit management experience.
• Familiar with international including EU and UK toys customer audit requirement.
• Good Interpersonal & communication skills. 
• Sense of responsibility in his/ her accounts.
• Proficient in both Written and Verbal English and Chinese 
• Strong presentation skills
