Attend regular meetings and prepare site meeting agenda or minutes, daily and weekly reports, and submission forms. Liaise and coordinate with clients and contractors
Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants, clients, government, and utility parties;
Assist in monitoring and checking and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, schedules, and quality are up to standard;
Coordinate materials and shop drawings submissions
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above
Building or civil engineering graduate with an academic qualification gained within the preceding three years
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Applications
Good communication, Well-organized, self-driven, and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
