Our client is one of the biggest interior design consultant companies in Hong Kong, currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent to join their team.
 

Job Description

  - Work closely with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules, and timelines.

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met.

- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and regulatory requirements are met.

- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress update.

- Manage and coordinate all project-related documentation.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably within a main contractor role.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety regulations.
