• Designing, installing and maintaining building services systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection
• Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination
• Collaborating with architects, project managers and other stakeholders to deliver effective building services solutions
• Ensuring building services systems comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with building services systems
• To ensure all construction activities are within time frame & budget
• Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field
• Min 5 years of experience as a Building Services Engineer, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using design and modelling software
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. CIBSE, HKIE)
• Site locations: Kai Tak, Chai Wan, Sai Wan, West Kowloon, etc
• Monthly salary range from $40,000 - $60,000 + discretionary bonus
