A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Medical device installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting in different hospitals, clinics, patient home or technical service centre
• Handle inquiries, provide technical advice and consultation to customers
  Prepare technical specification document, service quotation and post service reports to customers
• Achieve all technical service performance objectives / indicators
  Support and assist sales and marketing team for any business issues technically
• Control spare parts' usage in proper manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignment when necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience as a field service engineer or equivalent. 
• Experience in the medical device / healthcare industry especially large medical devices such as Surgical Robot is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduated or less experience candidate is also welcomed for Associate Technical Services Engineer.
• Good communication skill. 
• Ability to work autonomously and a team player, with a drive and determination to succeed.
• Good safety awareness.
• Willing to travel to Macau and OT occasionally.
