• Coordinate, monitor and execute E&M design and installation in E&M engineering project
• Participate in project implementation and project management activities
• To evaluate the works quality of installation subcontractors and equipment suppliers to ensure that their services provided is up to standard and meeting the general and particular requirement of the project concerned;
• Responsible for site build and setup co-ordination with site contractors/ suppliers/ consultant/ clients to meet required specification/requirements

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant project management or engineering experience in E&M industrial plant or E&M engineering project
• Sound knowledge and familiar with the COP/ standard of governance law about piping, plumbing and drainage, HVAC, F&S system, and municipal waste treatment installations would be added advantage
• Familiar with design, operation, maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning and management of mechanical or building services system in plant facilities
• Experience in main contractors' projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Naturally outgoing, multi-tasking, presetable, proactive, creative, self- motivated and enthusiastic
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Monthly salary from $40,000 - $60,000 + discretionary bonus
