• Manage site progress, carry out site inspection and testing of all structural issues in related with building works or street works
• Liaise with sub-contractors and internal parties to ensure the site works are performed in smooth and safe manners
• Prepare works record, technical submission and application for permits
• Monitor and check all builders and structural works

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent disciplines;
• Minimum of 5 years of on-site experience, including 3 years in residential projects /or commercial projects
• Minimum 3 years of on-site experience preferably from main contractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as assistant site engineer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
