Responsibilities

• Assist in business development of Wealth Management
• Liaising with clients, headquarter and counterparties to complete necessary tasks in bond related execution.
• Monitor market move, place trade orders and efficiently source liquidities.
• Assist in preparing transaction report, trade confirmation, follow-up of settlement issues and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Collect and analyse market information & products' information.
• Prepare bond market updates and other marketing materials for serving clients.
• Prepare daily P&L and positions report to the management.
• Work with Risk Department to implement risk monitoring and control management.
• Perform ad hoc duties / projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• 2 - 3 years’ related experience in bond market.
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 9).
• Proficiency in PC Skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing..
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.
• Independent, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills.
