Assist project team for managing technical and contractual work, and monitoring the overall control of site activities
Assist project manager in meeting project profit, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives
Ensure the works are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest levels of quality.
Responsible for managing of client and team relationships including overall work planning and team coordination
Requirements:
Diploma/Higher Certificate/Degree in Structural Engineering / Building or related disciplines.
Minimum of 8 years of on-site experience, including 3 years in residential projects /or commercial projects
Proficient in computer applications
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Motivated, confident and a team player
Less experience will be considered as assistant site manager
Immediately available is highly preferred
