• Assist project team for managing technical and contractual work, and monitoring the overall control of site activities
• Assist project manager in meeting project profit, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives
• Ensure the works are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest levels of quality.
• Responsible for managing of client and team relationships including overall work planning and team coordination

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Certificate/Degree in Structural Engineering / Building or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of on-site experience, including 3 years in residential projects /or commercial projects
• Proficient in computer applications
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Motivated, confident and a team player
• Less experience will be considered as assistant site manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
