We are seeking a passionate R&D Engineer to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our water filter products, participating in the entire process from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor products.  
• Design and develop new filtration technologies and products.  
• Test and evaluate product performance, providing recommendations for improvements.  
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, different departments, and vendors to support new product development.  
• Regularly update knowledge  products, technologies, components, and manufacturing techniques, applying them to new product designs.  
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.  
• Write technical documentation and reports, updating management on progress

Qualifications:

• Degree or Master in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 5 years of experiences in product development with mechanical & electrical plastic products experience. 
• Creative, energetic, independent with leadership capabilities and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge in prototype processing, plastic injection and assembly processing
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standard
• Good computer knowledge of CAD & MS Office
• Written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
