2. Job Description
We are looking for a good leader to provide excellent guest service so that we grow together with the company and applicants.

*Responsibilities*

[General Manager]
1. Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly ★★
2. Build up good relationship with members and handle inquiries / complaints
3. Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
4. Ensure high-quality service is always delivered
5. Assist the operation manager and then the team in daily operation
6. Daily Reports and basic entry input (EXCEL, E COUNT, POS WORKS)

*Requirements*

1. 10 years of relevant working experience 
2. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
3. Humble and Strong Interpersonal skills ☆☆☆
4. Extensive food and Beverage operational knowledge
5. Willingness to learn ☆☆
6. Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking, well-organized 
7. Numerical sense, Good analytical and PC application skills including Excel, Word.
8. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
9. Formal hospitality management or culinary education is a plus.
