Job Description
• The key responsibilities will include customer communication and operational support
• Engaging with customers and offering detailed responses to inquiries in timely manner
• Get involved in liaison with customers and after sales services
• Handling client onboarding procedure and daily operation
• Work closely with internal and external parties on daily operations
• Performing any ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements
• Non-degree tertiary or above in any disciplines
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales administration support working experience would be advantages
• Good communication skills; excellent customer service orientation
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy, able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word processing
• Fresh graduates with good communication skill will also be considered
• Immediately availability preferred
