Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on various topics and prepare high-quality bilingual (English and Chinese) draft documents and presentation materials.
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal and external parties, including managers, brokers, financial institutions, legal advisors, and consultants, as directed.
• Assist in organising meetings, including preparing agendas, reports, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Perform financial support tasks, including preparing cashflow projections and managing related documentation.
• Handle and respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A university graduate with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese ( native/fluent Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing tools.
• A mature, self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge or experience in legal and/or insurance fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Satisfactory results in DSE English and Chinese
