We are seeking a detail-oriented Jewellery Operations Assistant to support our team in managing the paperwork aspects of our jewellery operations. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing and processing documentation related to inventory, sales, and customer orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating our social media accounts to showcase our products and engage with our audience. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date, while also contributing to our online presence and marketing efforts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in the inventory management of jewellery products.
- Support the preparation and organization of jewellery for displays and sales.
- Follow up and help with quality control and inspection of incoming and outgoing
jewellery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with inquiries.
- Manage and update social media accounts, including creating content
and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with team members on various operational tasks.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or jewellery preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery and gemstones is a plus.
