Handling quotes and order processing in Sales Support for spare parts sales.
Ensure customer satisfaction through good communication and coordination support.
Ensure good cooperation both with other team members as well as other coorperation interfaces (e.g. Sales Managers, Product Center, Engineering, Fellow Colleagues etc.)
Support in development and improvement of business processes
Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement initiatives, such as StiBa, various projects etc.
Requirement
At Least 2 years of Sales Coordinator /Account Management experience preferred
Fresh grad with eagerness to contribute in Marine industry will also be considered
Familiar with specific requirements of the shipping, and marine industries (preferred)
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good problem solver with positive attitude and team work approach at all time.
Proven track record in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements.
