Customer Service Associate/ Customer Service officer (5 day work week!)
Start your adventure with us! We're looking for a Customer Service Associate/ Junior Customer Service Associate to join our 5-star team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as our service representative to handle all customer inquiries, including calls and emails
Introduce potential and new customers on our relocation services and provide useful packing advice
Provide ongoing support before, during and after a new customer signs up
Liaise with clients, shippers and overseas destination agents
Provide quotations to customers and arrange packing materials
5 day work week (able to work on weekends)
REQUIREMENTS:
0-3 years of customer service experience
Good telephone manner, customer service, communication and texting skills
Energetic with a can-do & positive attitude
Enjoy working in a startup environment
Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese, good command in English, Mandarin capability is a plus
Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese Word Processing
