    Job Description:
    • Perform technical support related to hardware, such as notebook computers, scanners, and monitors for the system users
    • Perform system and software update and enhancement
    • Handle and respond to users’ technical problem
    • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
    • To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
    Requirement Details:
    • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
    • At least 1 year working experience in IT support for end users
    • Solid knowledge in PC related problem is required
    • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
