Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end supplies and procurement process for assigned purchase categories/projects, including but not limited to sourcing, quotation/tender evaluation, negotiation, contract preparation, delivery monitoring, inventory and asset management, etc. in accordance with established procurement policies and guidelines
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for spend; Manage supplier performance to ensure they meet the contractual obligations
  • Liaise with other departments within the organisation to address any issues that arise and provide procurement advice
  • Identify internal clients/users’ needs, recommend supply options and related procurement procedures to facilitate compliance with corporate policies
  • Generate various reports and assist supervisors in data analysis and procurement planning
  • Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Senior Supplies & Procurement Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
 
Job Requirement
  • Holder of a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above 
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline is preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in supplies and procurement field or in similar position
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain management with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office applications; Hands-on experience in using Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System – Supply Chain Management is preferred
 
Compensation and Employment Terms
