Deliver efficient and effective human resources services to client departments, including support for headcount planning, recruitment, employee communication, and benefits administration.
Assist in various HR projects, annual initiatives, staff events, and administrative tasks.
Manage HR systems and programs, such as compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct HR data analysis and prepare reports, including manpower statistics and management summaries.
Coordinate training and development activities, overseeing all logistics and coordination.
Maintain an organized and efficient central filing system.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience in using SAP / HRIS would be an advantage
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
