Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system and network infrastructure.
• Monitor the health, performance, and security of the enterprise network. Troubleshoot any irregularities and issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the network.
• Liaise with external vendors regarding upgrades and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in network administration.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and related products (Layer 2/3 switch, Router, Firewall, VPN, VoIP, Wireless Controller, and WIFI Access Point).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and FortiGate/Palo Alto firewalls.
• Holding a CCNA certification is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
