Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent; preferably in art management or event management
• Level 4 in Chinese Language and English Language of the HKDSE or equivalent is a must
• At least 10 years of work experience in arts administration or project management (such as organization of arts festival or arts related events) while 3 years of experience working at supervisory position
• Proven experience in marketing of arts related projects or public events
• Fluent in Cantonese and English while candidate who speaks Korean is preferred
• Outbound/ overseas work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in curating programmes and fringe activities for the arts festival aboard to be held from 26 September to 25 October 2025
• To formulate marketing campaign and liaise with other venues/ organisations/ arts groups/ public relation agencies in Hong Kong and South Korea for execution in respect of promotion and publicity of the event including the design and production of key visual and publicity materials (such as festival brochure, website, trailers, advertising, etc.)
• To liaise and negotiate with local artists and overseas agents/ venues on terms of engagement, budget, contractual terms, arrangement of performnace date and venue
• To assist in planning and coordinating events and collaborating with team members to develop event timelines and schedules
• To maintain event budgets and monitor expenses
• To identify potential sponsors that align with the event's objectives and prepare sponsorship proposals and presentations to attract sponsors
• To assist in rendering support to local artists/ arts groups for touring performances to South Korea to facilitate the smooth operation of the programmes under the event
• To attend performance in South Korea and assess the artistic standard organization ability and audience appeal of arts and arts groups
• To assist in preparing various reports
