WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
 

• To overview project operations and site coordination works
• Support and report to Project Manager to meet the project schedule
• To prepare documents of drawing, material submissions and work schedules
• To liaise and monitor with contractors and sub-contractors
• Participate in design, engineering, constructability and risk assessment workshops to ensure process safety measures are incorporated into the design of the project’s facilities;
• Support the preparation and issues of the Request for Proposal / Invitation to Tender documents that will be used to select the Engineering Consultants and the Contractors for the project;
• Handle adhoc duties and assignments are required

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years working experience
• Site co-ordination role preferably in the Audio Visual /ELV System project. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Engineer
• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical / Engineering or related discipline Electrical, Electronics, Computer Hardware Knowledge
• Knowledge of LED Display System will be an advantage
• Proficient in AUTO-CAD / Excel / PowerPoint/ Microsoft Project/ Word
• Self-motivated, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English & Chinese (both spoken & written)
• Knowledge/experience in AV product/LED system/CCTV is an advantage
• Good supervisory / interpersonal / communication skills;
