Responsibilities

1. Providing legal support for the deal execution and post-investment management of JD oveaseas investment deals, including transaction documents review and negotiation, project mananagement and legal risk controls;

2. Following the industry specific legal trends in local markets, and updating business with solid judgments and insights;

3. Managing legal resources in local markets.

Position Requirements

1. With more than 8 years combined experience in law firms and as an inhouse, professionally well trained, and experienced in executing logistics deals in Asia Pacific (other than PRC);

2. Major in law with a bachelor's degree at least, with non-PRC legal education background and be qualified to practice law in non-PRC jurisdications;

3. Be able to work with both English and Chinese;

4. Good written and oral communication skills, be able to communicate complicated concepts concisely and accurately and provide practical solutions for business;

5. Resilient and open-minded.

岗位职责

1、为京东境外投资项目的交易执行、投后运营提供法律支持，包括协议审阅和谈判、项目管理、当地法律合规风险把控。

2、跟踪项目所在市场的法规要求和趋势，做好政策研判并及时同步业务；

3、布局和维护项目所在市场的合规资源，包括律师资源、行业资源等。

岗位基本要求

1、8年以上律所与法务的复合工作经验，经历过严格的专业训练，专业素质高，有在中国以外的亚太区域执行物流地产交易的经验；

2、法学专业，本科及以上学历要求，有境外法学学历和律师资格；

3、中文和英文可作为工作语言；

4、书面和口头表达能力好，能够简洁、准确、有逻辑地沟通复杂概念，有较好的商业思维和同理心，能够提供落地的解决方案。

5、韧性好，对新的事物心态开放、有热情。
