Responsibilities:

• Develop annual forecasting, A&P budgeting, and execute marketing action plans to achieve business goals and sales targets.
• Enhance brand awareness and equity through strategic ATL investments and effective BTL activations.
• Implement brand-building initiatives through advertising, promotional activities, event organization, and PR efforts.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and conduct research on consumer markets and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Drive the implementation of new product launches.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; experience in the beauty retail sector is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical mindset and self-motivated.
• Excellent team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
